Privacy policy
Ravox UI is a Ravox Labs project. Here is, plainly, what we store when you use the site and why.
Last updated October 7, 2026
Without an account
- We count page views: the page, the site you came from, the device type (phone, tablet or computer) and the country.
- To count people without tracking anyone, we use a code that changes every day, made from the network address and the browser. The network address (IP) is not stored.
- We also count clicks on buttons such as copying code, downloading a file, opening the code, installing the Figma plugin and switching language.
With an account
- We store your name, username and email. The password is stored only as a hash, never as text.
- While you are signed in, page views and the clicks above are linked to your account. We use this to understand how the product is used, improve the site and provide support.
- What you create (components, themes, collections) and save stays in your account.
Cookies
- We use a single cookie, the session one, which keeps you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Payments
- Card payments are processed by Stripe, and Pix by Mercado Pago. Card details go straight to them: they never pass through our server or get stored here.
- We store what was bought, the amount, the date and the payment status.
Figma plugin
- The plugin only sends our server the link you type and the chosen width. It does not read your Figma file.
- We store the imported address, width and date, to show your history and count credits.
Who sees it and where it lives
- Only Ravox UI administrators see data linked to an account. We do not sell or share data for advertising.
- The site runs on Vercel and the database is on MongoDB Atlas, in São Paulo, Brazil.
- Data is kept while the account exists.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, fix anything that is wrong, or delete your account and everything linked to it.
